Ms. Mulekar, learned APP for the Respondent-State of Maharashtra, states that the main Accused No.1 - Akshay Deshmukh is absconding. She submits that as far as the Applicant - Sagar Panjabrao Deshmukh is concerned, Sister - Vidya Panjabrao Deshmukh has stated that Accused No.1 - Akshay Deshmukh and the Applicant - Sagar Panjabrao Deshmukh are involved in the crime and she herself is not involved.

Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, states that she will take instructions regarding further action being taken, as the Accused No.1 - Akshay Deshmukh is absconding.

In the facts and circumstances, stand over to 10th February 2026. 4.

However, it is clarified that the interim protection already granted is not continued.
