This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.

The applicant is apprehending her arrest in Crime No. 517 of 2025 registered at D. N. Nagar Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 22(b) & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 3.

My attention is drawn to the order dated 12.09.2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2495 of 2025, by which this Court permitted the applicant to withdraw the earlier application filed by Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

In absence of any change in circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. The application is rejected.
