Mr. Karlekar, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that although the Anticipatory Bail Application being Criminal Bail Application No. 482 of 2025 is filed on 7th November 2025, the same is not yet decided by learned District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik Road. Learned Counsel further submits that separate Application filed seeking interim protection in said Criminal Bail Application No. 482 of 2025 till disposal of same is also not considered by the learned Judge. Learned Counsel submits that the learned District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik Road be directed to dispose of the same expeditiously in time bound manner.

However, Mr. Karlekar, learned Counsel fairly submits that the learned District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik Road is overburdened and normally conducts his court till about 08:00 P.M. Thus in the facts and circumstances no direction of disposal of the Application in particular time can be granted. 3.

However, as the said Criminal Bail Application No.482 of 2025 has been filed on 7th November 2025, learned District Judge1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik Road is requested to dispose of the same expeditiously or dispose of the Application seeking interim protection filed in Criminal Bail Application No.482 of 2025 expeditiously.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of. 5.
