Mr. Toshniwal, learned Counsel for the Applicants points out that by Order dated 9th January 2025, a learned Single Judge (N.R. Borkar, J.) allowed withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application filed inter alia by the present Applicant (Pages 244 to 246). He further points out the Order dated 26th February 2025, by which a learned Single Judge (Rajesh S. Patil, J.), has dismissed the Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the present Applicant (Pages 247-251).
