In view of said contention raised by Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, Mr. Rajeev Chavan, learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with leave to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by disclosing particulars of the antecedents.
