Heard Mr. Sathe, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for the State. 2.
By this application, the Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.273 of 2022 registered with Kharghar, Police Station, Navi Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC").

As per the prosecution case, the incident took place on 15th September 2022, and altercation took place between the First
Informant and Accused No.4-Sarvan Singh over issue of membership forms. The allegations against the Accused are that they assaulted the First Informant- Kashmir Baba Singh by kicks, fists and khuchra. The only allegations against the Applicant is that he shot video of the incident and hurled abuses. 4.
Mr. Karmakar, learned APP strongly opposes the Application. 5.
Mr. Sathe, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that his Application has been rejected as he has not attended the Police Station and left India without prior permission of the Court. However, he submits that no such condition was imposed on him and his tickets were booked prior to the incident as his daughter was not well and therefore requires his assistance. In any case, he submits that the Applicant is returning back to India tomorrow and he will completely co-operate with the investigation. 6.
Accordingly, the case is made out for grant of Anticipatory Bail Application. Hence, following Order is passed:
O R D E R
(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicant - Satnam Singh Mann be released on bail in C.R. No.273 of 2022 registered with Kharghar, Police Station, Navi Mumbai,, on executing P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/- and furnishing one or two sureties in the like amount. (ii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 8th December 2025 and 9th December 2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called by the Police and shall co-operate with the investigation.
(iii) The Applicant shall furnish his cell phone number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep the same updated, in case of any change thereto.
(iv) The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat, or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade
such a person from disclosing the facts to the Court or to any Police personnel.
(v) The Applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.
(vi) The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not contact or influence the Complainant, or any witness, in any manner.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
