This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.69 of 2025 registered at M.R.A. Marg Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 316(2), 318(4), 336(3) & 340 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

905-aba-3295-2025.doc applicant is cited as a witness in the charge-sheet filed by the prosecution in the aforesaid crime. It is submitted that one of the witnesses, however, thereafter is made accused and arrested. It is submitted that the applicant, therefore, apprehends his arrest also.

The learned APP submits that further investigation is going on.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the following order is passed :

O R D E R

a) In case the applicant is made accused in the crime in question, then the investigating officer shall give notice to that effect to the applicant and the applicant shall not be arrested for the period of one week from the date of service of such notice. 6.
