The allegations against the present applicant and other co-accused are of defrauding the first informant to the tune of Rs. 27,00,000/-.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a businessman. It is submitted that with some ulterior motive, false allegations are made against the present applicant. In support of the said submission, the learned counsel for the applicant has drawn my attention to the various documents filed Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

904-aba-3300-2025.doc on record. It would be appropriate if the said documents are examined by the investigating officer.

In that view of the matter, the applicant shall appear before the investigating officer on 23.12.2025 and 24.12.2025 and shall co-operate in the investigation.

List the application on 06.01.2026. Till next date, the applicant shall not be arrested.
