At the outset, Mr. Metkari, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State submits that there are several offences registered against the Applicant in many States of India including at Kerala, Bihar, Karnataka, Maharashtra and West Bengal. 2.

In view of the above contention raised by Mr. Metkari, learned APP, Ms. Radhika Navandar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving all the details of the antecedents.
