The applicants are apprehending their arrest pursuant to the summons issued to them by the Police Inspector (G.C.), E.O.W. Thane City dated 27th October 2025 and 26th November 2025. It Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

911-912-913-aba-3322-3323-3324-25.doc appears that the summons came to be issued to the applicants pursuant to the complaint lodged by SMARTPADDLE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

It is submitted that the transaction/s in respect of which the complaint is lodged took place in Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat. It is submitted that inspite of it, with ulterior motive the complaint came to be filed with the EOW, Thane City. 3.

Learned APP for the respondent/State seeks time to take instructions. At her request, list on 9th December 2025 (HOB). 4.

Till the next date, the applicants in respective applications shall not be arrested.
