Heard Mr. Shah, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP, for the RespondentState of Maharashtra. 2.
By the present Anticipatory Bail Application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.981 of 2025 registered on 1st December 2025 with the Hinjawadi Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 105, 125(a), 125(b), 324(4) and 3(5)
of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. 3.
Mr. Shah, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant's daughter is getting married on 12th December 2025 and therefore there is urgency in the matter. He submits that the learned Additional Sessions Judge has rejected Application bearing Exhibit-4 filed in Criminal Bail Application No.8245 of 2025 seeking ad-interim protection. He further submits that the arguments were heard in the Anticipatory Bail Application filed before the learned Additional Sessions Judge i.e. Criminal Bail Application No.8245 of 2025, however, the matter is adjourned for passing orders on 12th December 2025. Mr. Shah, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that protection for 10 days be granted in view of urgency.

As the Applicant's daughter is getting married on 12th December 2025, the Applicant is granted protection for a limited period upto 19th December 2025.

It is made clear that this Order is passed as the Applicant's daughter is getting married on 12th December 2025 and not by considering the merits.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune to decide the said Criminal Bail Application No.8245 of 2025 without being influenced by the limited protection granted by this Court. 7.
Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of by directing that no coercive steps be taken against the Applicant till 19th December 2025.
