This Court on 29th January 2026 passed the following order: "P.C. :

Learned Counsel for the Applicants, on instructions, submits that the Applicants are willing to return the amount of Rs.1,20,00,000/- mentioned in the FIR to the first informant within a period of six weeks. The Applicants shall file an undertaking to that effect within a period of two weeks from today.

Learned Counsel for the first informant, on instructions, submits that the first informant is ready to amicably settle the dispute with the present Applicants if the said amount of Rs.1,20,00,000/- is paid to him.

In that view of the matter, list the present Application on 16th February 2026.

Till the next date, the Applicants shall not be arrested." 2.

This Court protected the applicants from arrest as they made the statement that they would return the amount within six weeks. The learned counsel for the first informant submits that inspite of lapse of more than six weeks, the applicants have not returned the amount and thus breach the undertaking. On 12th March 2026, at the request of Learned Counsel for the Applicants, the matter was adjourned by way of last chance. Today, again the adjournment is sought. 3.

List the Application on 20th April 2026.

The interim order dated 29th January 2026 protecting the applicants from arrest stands vacated.
