At the outset, Mr. Dalmia, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that there are few antecedents and they have remained to be incorporated in the Anticipatory Bail Application. Mr. Dalmia, learned Counsel, therefore states that he has instructions to withdraw the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving particulars of all the antecedents.
