The learned APP, on instructions, submits that after investigation of the present crime, only non-cognizable offences are found to be made out. It is submitted that accordingly a summary is filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 2.

The present application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file fresh application for anticipatory bail in case the summary is not accepted by the jurisdictional Magistrate.
