Although the matter is placed on board at the instance of the Registry to mention C.R. number "509 of 2025" instead of "508 of 2025" in the order dated 22nd December, 2025, however, Mr. Moosa Izzak, Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that C.R. No. "508 of 2025" is correctly mentioned and to substantiate the same, he points out to Page 21 (Exhibit A of the application), where the C.R. number is mentioned as 508 of 2025.

Therefore, no correction in the order dated 22nd December, 2025 is necessary.
