Iqbal Solkar appeared for Respondent No.1 i.e. Additional Superintendent of Police, Investigating Officer, Special Investigation Team, Government of Andhra Pradesh. Learned Advocate for the Applicant states that Applicant attempted to serve Respondent No.1 by email on 25th December 2025 and 26th December 2025.

When the matter is called out today, none appears for Respondent No.1. 4.
Learned A.P.P. appearing for Respondent No.3- State submits that efforts are being made to contact the concerned Officer of Respondent No.1. The Learned A.P.P seeks time to take instructions. 1/2

Respondent No.3 is accordingly directed to make efforts to contact Respondent No.1 and seek instructions. Respondent No.3 is further directed to inform the Respondent No.1 that by 31st December 2025, if the instructions are not received or arrangements are not made to ensure that Respondent No.1 is effectively represented, the Court will proceed with the hearing of the Application. 6.
Stand over to 31st December 2025.

Till 31st December 2025, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
