The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to implead the first informant as a party respondent to the present application.

Leave as sought is granted. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the respondent/first informant, returnable on 04.02.2026.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, though the dispute between the parties is purely civil dispute, the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, is ready and willing to pay amount of Rs.26,35,000/- to the respondent/first informant.

6.

In that view of the matter, till the next date, the applicant shall not be arrested.
