2) Mr. Ahmed, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2complainant produced the order dated 16th January, 2026 wherein it is recorded that the Applicant is ready and willing to pay the disputed amount of Rs.26,35,000/-. Therefore, the interim relief was granted to the Applicant. However, the said amount is yet not paid. 3) The learned Counsel further states that Ms.Nidhi Sharma, the earlier Advocate on record for the Applicant has informed that she has given her no objection to the Applicant to engage another Advocate. 4) By way of last chance, stand over to 10th April, 2026. 5) Ad-interim relief, if any, granted earlier to continue till the next date.
