This is the second Anticipatory Bail Application. The first Anticipatory Bail Application has been allowed to be withdrawn by Order dated 4th November 2025, which reads as under :- "1.

Mr. Pranav Bhoite, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application.

Accordingly, Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. 3.

In view of disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same is also disposed of."

Thus, on merits, the Anticipatory Bail Application was allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. Thus, merits cannot be considered. The Applicant has produced certain medical certificates.
