The allegations against the present applicant and other co-accused are of attempt to murder. It is further alleged that the present applicant had dragged one of the family members of the first informant, who was pregnant, due to which she started bleeding.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has neither assaulted nor dragged anybody as alleged. It is submitted that there is CCTV footage to that effect and the applicant is ready to hand over the same to the Investigating Officer.

In that view of the matter, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 19.01.2026 and 20.01.2026 between 11.00 am, to 2.00 pm, and shall hand over CCTV footage to the investigating officer.

List the application on 30.01.2026. Till the next date, the applicant shall not be arrested.
