Heard Mr. Sunny Waskar, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Pallavi Dabholkar, learned APP for the State. 2.

By the present Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief in prayer clause (a) :- "(a) That in the event of the arrest of the Applicant in connection with C.R. No. 1663 of 2025 registered with Mumbra Police Station, Thane, the Applicant Mr. MUSHAHID IMTIYAZ SHAIKH, be released on Anticipatory

Bail on such terms and conditions as this Honorable Court may deem fit and proper;"

On 13th January, 2026 the following order was passed :- "1.

The allegations against the present applicant and other co-accused are of attempt to murder. It is further alleged that the present applicant had dragged one of the family members of the first informant, who was pregnant, due to which she started bleeding.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has neither assaulted nor dragged anybody as alleged. It is submitted that there is CCTV footage to that effect and the applicant is ready to hand over the same to the Investigating Officer.

In that view of the matter, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 19.01.2026 and 20.01.2026 between 11.00 am, to 2.00 pm, and shall hand over CCTV footage to the investigating officer. 4.

List the application on 30.01.2026. Till the next date, the applicant shall not be arrested."

Ms. Pallavi Dabholkar, learned APP for the State, submits that the Applicant has submitted CCTV footage and is cooperating with the investigation. She further submits that custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not required. She submits that the Applicant is required to attend and appear before the Investigation Officer as and when required for investigation. 5.

Mr. Sunny Waskar, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that he has cooperated with the investigation and shall

further cooperate with the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required.

In view of the above, this Application is allowed on the following terms :- (a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in FIR No. 1663 of 2025 dated 15th October, 2025 registered with Mumbra Police Station, the Applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two local sureties in the like amount. (b) Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer, Mumbra Police Station, on the 2nd Monday and 4th Monday of each month from 10.00 am to 01.00 pm, commencing from the month of May 2026. In the event the Applicant is required on any other day, by the Investigating Officer, the Applicant shall ensure his presence before the Investigating Officer.

(c) Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person/s acquainted with the facts of the case to dissuade such person/s from disclosing the facts to the Court or any police officer.

(d) Applicant shall not tamper with evidence in any manner.

(e) Applicant shall provide the Investigating Officer with his residential address along with proof, his contact number, email and must inform the Investigating Officer of any changes to this information from time to time.

(f) Applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer in the process of investigation of the present Crime.

Anticipatory Bail Application No. 3610 of 2025 is allowed.
