By this application, the applicant has challenged the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhadrawati, Annexure F granting the adjournment and not passing order on the application by which the applicants have claimed the relief of a Distress Warrant for recovery of the maintenance amount.

The applicant is permitted to serve the respondent by all modes of service.
