Having heard the learned counsel for the both the parties, in my view, the petition can be disposed of with a direction to the non-applicant to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- before the trial Court on or before the next date of hearing i.e. 23.05.2025 and the trial Court shall proceed with the execution proceeding in accordance with law without being influenced by this order.

In case, the applicant supplies her bank account details to the non-applicant, then he shall transfer the said amount in her bank account directly.
