By this application, the applicant has challenged the order of rejecting the application filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Khamgaon.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and on perusal of the documents it reveals that it is purely a civil dispute between the parties. Moreover, as per the observation of the trial Court, there is no compliance of Section 154(3) of Cr.P.C., therefore, I have shown my disinclination to entertain the application.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks time to make appropriate statement. 4.
