Ms Anshula Paunikar, learned counsel for the applicants argues that there is delay of three years in lodging the First Information Report. She submits that though the alleged incident is dated 06/12/2021, the report came to be lodged on 03/04/2024.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 21/04/2025.

Shri A.B.Badar, learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for the respondent No.1.

The applicants are permitted to serve the respondent No.2 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and shall file affidavit of service by next date.
