By this application, applicant is seeking quashing of DV proceeding bearing PWDVA No.16/2024. 2.

Considering the matrimonial dispute, matter was referred for the mediation. During mediation, the matter is settled. The settlement terms are filed on record. As per the settlement terms, they have decided to obtain the decree of dissolution of marriage. They have already converted petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for seeking divorce by mutual consent. 3.

The parties are present before the Court. They have accepted the terms and conditions of the settlement. The terms and conditions of the settlement are verified from the applicants as well as non-applicant. They have accepted the terms and conditions.

In view of that, application deserves to be allowed.

Matrimonial proceedings i.e. DV proceeding bearing PWDVA No.16/2024 is hereby quashed and set aside against the present applicants.
