Learned APP, on instructions, submits that in view of the interim direction by this Court dated 17.2.2025, the business establishment of the applicant was de-sealed and now the Food Inspector is not intending to seal the premises again in the present crime.

In the wake of the statement made by the learned APP, nothing survives in this application.

Accordingly, the criminal application is disposed of as infructuous.
