The matter was disposed of on 26.11.2025. However, clause (2) of the operative order reads as under : "FIR in connection with Crime No.0019/2025 registered under Sections 132, 351(1), 351(2), and 352 of the BNS, 2023 and consequent proceeding arising out of the same bearing chargesheet No.19/2005 are hereby quashed and set aside."

However as rightly pointed out by the learned A.P.P. the correct Charge-sheet number is 207/2025. Therefore, No.19/2025 be replaced with 207/2025 and the corrected order be uploaded accordingly.
