Learned A.P.P. makes a statement that in the present matter charge-sheet has been filed on 19th December, 2024, whereas in the present application there is no challenge raised to the charge-sheet, the F.I.R. is under challenge. 2.

In that view of the matter, the present application does not survive and accordingly it is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh proceeding raising a challenge to the chargesheet, if so desired.
