Mr R. M. Daga, learned counsel for the applicant submits that while recording the evidence of the victim in a POCSO case, since a word 'tcjnLrh' was recorded though the victim categorically used the word 'jsi', an application was moved for recalling the victim and the same came to be rejected. The said order is under challenge in this petition. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 03.04.2025.

Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1/State.

In the meantime, there shall be stay to the proceeding in terms of prayer clause (d).
