Shri Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicant, while seeking quashment of the First Information Report in question, has pointed out observations made by the learned Sessions Judge, while granting anticipatory bail to the applicant, inter alia observing that the victim filed affidavit stating that he was not abducted by the applicant. He submits that, therefore, no offence attracts.
