By this application the applicants are seeking quashing and setting aside Charge-sheet being RCC No. 3141 of 2025 pending on the file of the 8th JMFC, Nagpur and the First Information Report No.131 of 2025, registered by Hudkeshwar Police Station, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2),3(5),351(2),352 and 85 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The applicants are the sister-in-law, mother-in-law, and father-in-law of non-applicant No.2. During the pendency of the present application, the matter was referred for mediation, where a settlement was successfully arrived at between the parties.

Non-applicant No.2 is present before this Court today and has stated that she has no objection to quash and set aside the charge-sheet and the First Information Report filed against the applicants.

In view of the settlement and the statement made by non-applicant No. 2, and as she has no grievance against the applicants, the charge-sheet being RCC No. 3141 of 2025 pending before the learned 8th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur, and the First Information Report No. 131 of 2025 registered with Hudkeshwar Police Station, Nagpur, for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 3(5), 351(2), 352, and 85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, are hereby quashed and set aside only subject to the applicants depositing Rs.10,000/- with the Public Welfare Account maintained with Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur bearing Account No.129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978 and producing the receipt thereof on record within two weeks.

5. The application is allowed in the above terms and disposed of.
