The application challenges the order dated 10.04.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Yavatmal pending the bail application to verify the video recording produced by the applicant and to verify the presence and timing of the event and presence of respondent no. 2.

The contention is that the earlier application on the plea of alibi, which was granted by the Additional Sessions Judge, was cancelled by this Court and the impugned order came to be passed in the subsequent bail application pending before the Additional Sessions Judge.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within two weeks.
