Learned counsel for the applicant states that in the FIR there are allegations of outraging the modesty, whereas in the first complaint made by her on 07.10.2024 there were no such allegations. It is submitted that to harass the family members of the husband the false FIR came to be filed.

Accordingly, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 04.08.2025.
