Today nobody is present on behalf of the applicant, office note shows that the amendment is not carried out. However, since the matter pertains to the year 2025, learned counsel for the applicant to carry out the amendment within three working days. Failing which the matter would be dismissed without further reference to the Court. 3.

If such an exercise is done place the matter for further consideration on 12.02.2026.
