The affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondent No.2 i.e. the first informant shows that she intends to withdraw all allegations made in the F.I.R.

In that view of the matter, we direct Registrar (Judicial) to make an inquiry as to the authenticity of the contents of the said affidavit as also the identity of the parties and place the report before this Court.

Parties to file a joint affidavit on record so as to enable the Registrar to draw an inference regarding the same. 4.

Parties to appear before the Registrar on 4th December, 2025 and place the matter for further consideration on 5th December, 2025.
