The present Application is preferred by the Applicant for quashing of the FIR in connection with Crime No.44/2022 registered with Police Station, Lohara, District Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 381, 406, 408, 411, 414 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

During the pendency of this Application, both the parties have settled the dispute and joint affidavit of Applicant and Non-applicant No.2 was filed on record, which states that they have amicably settled their dispute. Now, they do not have any grievance against each other. The contents of the settlement affidavit are verified by the Registrar (Judicial) and who has submitted his report. As far as the offence under Sections 381, 406, 408, 411 and 414 of the IPC are

2 56.APL.544-2025.odt concerned, which are compoundable with the permission of the Court.

Considering the long standing relationship between the Applicant and Non-applicant No.2, they want to settle the dispute, and therefore, permission is granted to settle the dispute. In view of that, the Application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, we proceed to pass the following order.

O R D E R

i.

The Application is allowed.

ii.

The First Information Report bearing Crime No. 44/2022 registered with Police Station, Lohara, District Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 381, 406, 408, 411, 414 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, is hereby quashed and set aside, to the extent of present Applicant.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
