The learned Counsel for applicants submits that he has filed an application seeking amendment, which is however not listed. Court Shrestidar shall take instructions from the Registry as to why the said application is not listed. Matter is kept back for said purpose.

The official has informed him that the application Rgd.

Order 1808apl669.25 was filed on-line on 08.08.2025, and it was rejected by the Registry on the same day, because names of parties did not match. Thus, the statement made by the learned Counsel for the applicants that he has filed application, but, not listed, is incorrect.

The learned Counsel ought to have verified the remarks made by the Registry that the application has been rejected. The learned Counsel should be careful while making such statement and blaming the Registry for not listing the application or such other proceedings.

The learned Counsel seeks time to take necessary steps. Time granted. List the matter for further consideration on 26.08.2025 along with Criminal Application No.554/2025.
