It is argued that on 22/07/2019, the F.I.R.
No.0215 of 2019 was lodged by the present applicant against the non-applicant No.2 registered with Police Station, Ural, Dist. Akola, for the offences punishable under Sections 294, 427, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

After lapse of ten months to counter-blast the same, the non-applicant No.2 lodged report on 11/05/2020 for the same incident vide F.I.R. No.108 of 2020, registered with Police Station, Ural, Dist. Akola, for the offences punishable under Sections 294, 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, which is under challenge.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 06/08/2025.

The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for the Non-Applicant No.1/State.

The applicant is permitted to serve the remaining non-applicants by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the applicant shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
