Common order In the both these matters counter F.I.Rs. are filed against each other.

The earlier F.I.R. No.79/2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) is lodged by the non-applicant No.2 in Criminal Application (APL) No.1028/2026 on 20.2.2024. The another F.I.R. bearing No.80/2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 294 and 323 read with Section 34 of IPC is lodged by the non-applicant No.2 in Criminal

Application (APL) No.825/2025 on the same day i.e. 20.2.2024, who is a practicing Advocate and the applicants are his clients. 3.

The parties have settled the matter and applicants and non-applicant No.2 in both the matters are present before the Court today.

The non-applicant No.2 in Criminal Application (APL) No.1028/2026 is present along with her husband and has stated that she has no grievance against the applicant as the matter is settled between the parties and she has no objection to quash and set aside the F.I.R. registered against him.

The non-applicant No.2 in Criminal Application (APL) No.825/2025, who is a practicing Advocate, is present before the Court and has stated that he has no objection to quash and set aside the F.I.R. against the applicants as the matter is settled between the parties.

Both the parties are present and have given no objection for quashing the F.I.R. which are filed against each other. 7.

The incident occurred in court premises and the earlier F.I.R. No.79/2024 is lodged and thereafter the practicing Advocate has lodged the counter F.I.R No.80/2024.

Considering the fact that the matters are settled between the parties and they have no grievance against each other, the F.I.Rs., charge sheets, R.C.C. No.1955/2024 and S.C.C. No.7010/2024 filed against the applicants of both the applications are quashed and set aside subject depositing costs of Rs.10,000/- each by the applicants and non-applicant No.2 of both the applications with the Public Welfare Account maintained with Union Bank of India, High Court

Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur bearing Account No.129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978 and producing the receipt thereof on record within three weeks.

The applications are allowed in the above terms and disposed of.
