The proceedings arise out of matrimonial dispute. The learned Counsel for applicants and informant submit that parties wish to settle the matter amicably. At their joint request, matter is referred for mediation. Both learned Counsel suggests that Advocate Shri S.V. Purohit, be appointed as a Mediator in the matter.

Accordingly Shri S.V. Purohit, Advocate is appointed to act as a Mediator in the matter. Rgd.
