Both the learned Counsel submit that the parties would like to explore the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute through mediation. They, therefore, prayed for referring the matter for mediation and request to appoint Mr. S. Y. Deopujari, learned Counsel as a Mediator. 2.

Accordingly, Mr. S. Y. Deopujari, learned Counsel is appointed as a Mediator.

The parties shall appear before the learned Mediator as per the convenience of the learned Mediator. 4.
