The present Application is preferred by the Applicant for cancellation of Non-Bailable Warrant. During the pendency of the present Application, the matter was referred for mediation. The mediation report is received, which shows that the mediation is successful and the matter is settled between the parties. Considering the matter is of matrimonial in nature and the parties have already settled the dispute, the Application is allowed.
