The allegation is that applicants have encroached on 11 acres of area in addition to the measurements of Survey No.46 situated at Khamgaon by committing forgery in the government record.

The applicant shall place on record 7/12 extract of Survey No.46 existing prior to and/ or on the date of sale deed dated 12.08.1997, which pertains to the said property. Similarly, the Rgd.

Order 1408apl925.25 learned A.P.P. shall also take instructions on this point.
