The applicants have filed this application for quashing the F.I.R., charge sheet and R.C.C. No.2189/2025 arising out of Crime Corrected as per order dated 6.5.2026.

No.181/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 351(3), 296, 115(2), 189(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short "B.N.S.").

The complainant has made allegations against these applicants along with co-accused that they have abused her in filthy language and restrained her. The applicants are the original accused Nos.4, 5 and 6.

The matter is settled between the parties. The complainant/Informant is present before the Court. She is identified by her Advocate. She has stated that she has no objection if the crime registered against these applicants is quashed and set aside as she has no grievance against them.

As the matter is settled between the parties and the complainant herself stated that she has no grievance against these applicants who are practicing Advocates, the F.I.R., charge sheet and Corrected as per order dated 6.5.2026.

R.C.C. No.2189/2025 arising out of Crime No.181/2025 for the

apl997.2025(c).odt offence punishable under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 351(3), 296, 115(2), 189(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 of B.N.S. are quashed and set aside against the present applicants only. The trial to continue insofar as the other applicants are concerned. 5.
