It seems that the present application is filed in the month of July, 2025 only for quashing of the F.I.R., when the charge-sheet has already been filed in the month of January, 2025 03.

In this view of the matter, the learned Counsel for the applicant shall tender an explanation, why filing of charge-sheet is suppressed. 04.
