By these applications, the applicant is seeking quashing and setting aside aside of the orders dated 11/07/2025 in Criminal Appeal No.98/2024, in Criminal Appeal No.99/2024 and in Criminal Appeal No.97/2024 respectively, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Akola thereby rejecting the applications for recalling of conviction warrant filed by the applicant and also stay to the operation of orders dated 01/04/2024 below Exhibit 5 in Criminal Appeal Nos.98/2024, Criminal Appeal No.99/2024 and Criminal Appeal No.97/2024 respectively passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Akola only with regard to condition imposing 20% of the fine amount to be deposited.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant had already deposited an amount in a

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, further proceeding before the Additional Sessions Judge, Akola as to the condition imposing 20% fine amount and further orders and the Sessions Judge shall not pass any adverse orders, till further orders.
