During the course of argument, query was put to learned counsel for the non-applicant as to how many complaints were filed by Dr.Vijaya Khera. For want of instructions, he is unable to make statement. He prays for two days time to file appropriate affidavit giving the details of number of cases, which are filed by Dr.Vijaya Khera.

In that view of the matter, non-applicant is directed to file affidavit within two days.
