The applicant is allowed to serve the respondent in Family Court in divorce proceedings, where she is appearing. The applicant has filed on record service affidavit as she was served through RPAD and she refused to accept the said envelope. As she has refused to accept, it amounts to service, however, one more chance is given to the non-applicant to contest the matter.
