The argument is that the civil dispute is being converted in the criminal proceedings. Non-applicant No.2, who has invested the amount and took over the control of the company, has now lodged report saying that the applicants had invited him to invest in the company and have not repaid the invested amount.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable 20th August, 2025. 04.
The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice on behalf of nonapplicant No.1/State. 05.
In the meantime, the applicants may furnish necessary details to the Investigating Officer, who shall consider the same as part of investigation.

The learned Senior Counsel further submits that the Investigating Officer has for no good reasons seized all the bank accounts of the company run by the applicants as also their personal accounts. 07.
The Investigating Officer shall justify the said action by filing detailed reply before the next date.
